Ayo Olatoye

Ayo Olatoye is a Dubai-based entrepreneur and executive education leader whose career spans banking, international education and technology. He is the founder and CEO of Saqr Academy, a KHDA-approved training institute in Dubai, and co-founder of Trueflutter, a relationship platform serving Africans and the diaspora.

Through Saqr Academy and Saqr Labs, his work spans practical AI education, organisational adoption and the development of AI systems for business. He designs and delivers applied and agentic AI programmes built around real business workflows, helping professionals and business leaders develop the skills to use these tools in their organisations.

Ayo brings more than a decade of experience in executive education across the Middle East and South Asia. He previously served as Regional Director at Hult International Business School and held leadership roles at EF Academy. His earlier career in banking provides a commercial foundation for his work with entrepreneurs and organisations. He holds an MBA from Hult International Business School.

As a co-founder of Trueflutter, he has first-hand experience of developing a consumer technology business, building teams and bringing a product to market. His perspective combines the practical demands of entrepreneurship with a sustained focus on education and professional development.

As an Advisory Board member of Sunny Side Eco Hub, Ayo brings this experience to its work in youth entrepreneurship, leadership and mentorship. His contribution focuses on strategic guidance and partnerships that support the Hub’s efforts to help young people develop their capabilities and build viable ventures.
